I thought you might like to know......
My first studio space in Key West was in the Blue Heaven building before it was the famous restaurant it is today. It was so small I called it Dragonfly...a tiny art studio. My rent was $75, man oh man, those were the days (1985). That little studio is long gone. I got gentrified out of the neighborhood and I believe the space is now used for wine storage.
These day my colorful paintings and tropical pottery can be found in many island homes and have been featured in the Key West Citizen and other publications on numerous occasions. My handmade ceramic flip flops have been sold in gift shops all along the east coast and in California and Hawaii.
My painting studio~gallery is on Fleming Street in Key West. I host classes and workshops in the studio and carry work by other Key West Artists. I am proud that in the past I was chosen to be one of the studio artists for TSKW in the historic Armory Building, 600 White Street.
I take inspiration daily from the lush and shimmering tropical elements all around me. To see more of my work visit me in my new studio on Fleming St.
