New beginnings

AnneMarie, Jennifer and a happy customer in Wet Paint

7 Artists Key West (my co-op gallery) closed at the end of December 2012.  It wasn't traumatic, it was just time for a change.  Artistic growth requires change and new vistas.  In past posts I wrote about my new painting studio.  And I am hard at work there getting ready for my upcoming painting show.   In addition to my new studio you can find my pottery in a wonderful new gallery on Duval St.
Wet Paint Gallery, 430 Duval St.   is owned by the delightful Jennifer Badry, seen above in the middle.  She has filled the gallery with her wonderful jewelry creations and art work by some of Key West's best loved artists.  I am thrilled she has included me.  Take a look at the photos to see what a fun filled gallery it is.  And don't forget to stop in and say Hi when you are in Key West.

  1. The gallery looks great - best of luck (not that you will need it - to all of the artists being displayed there.

  2. The gallery looks like a perfect destination and I'm sure you and everyone else will do very well. Change is good...your studio time is now more your own...this is such a perfect time of year in your neighborhood to work, play and enjoy!
